AEM ELEKTRON is expanding its team and looking for Pre-Sales Specialists to act as a bridge between our products, sales team, and clients.

About the Company

Founded in 2008, AEM ELEKTRON is a leading distributor of IT and security solutions. We work with top international brands, develop the Azerbaijani market, and build a strong team of experts who speak the language of technology and business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to the sales team during client negotiations
  • Select optimal solutions tailored to client needs
  • Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and specifications
  • Participate in client meetings, product demos, and presentations
  • Communicate with vendors and manufacturers, including in English
  • Analyze client requirements and provide product consultations
  • Assist in launching new products and solutions

Candidate Requirements

  • Technical or IT-related education (or strong practical experience)
  • Experience in Pre-Sales, technical sales, or system integration is a plus
  • Understanding of IT, network, or security solutions (CCTV, network equipment, access control, etc.)
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Languages:
    • Azerbaijani — full professional proficiency (oral and written)
    • Russian — full professional proficiency (business correspondence, negotiations, presentations)
    • English — upper-intermediate (B2) or higher: professional written and spoken communication, participation in meetings and presentations, correspondence with international vendors and partners
  • Motivation to grow professionally in an international technology environment
